Returns & the 30-Day Glow Guarantee

1. Unopened pod packs — 14 days, no questions

Unopened, unused OxyPod packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the pod purchase price, no questions asked. Email support@skinfusion.org for a prepaid return label.

2. The 30-Day Glow Guarantee (Glow System purchases)

We stand behind the Glow System: use it once a week for 30 days, and if your skin does not look more radiant, every dollar comes back, and the bonus guides stay with you.

The Guarantee is a use-it-first promise, not a change-of-mind return window. To keep it sustainable, claims work like this:

  • Complete the ritual. The Guarantee applies after you have completed at least four weekly sessions across the 30 days following delivery. When you contact us, we will ask you to confirm your session dates and which pod blends you used.
  • Claim window. Guarantee claims open on day 30 after delivery and close on day 45. Claims made before day 30 (the ritual is not complete) or after day 45 are not eligible.
  • Return the device. An approved claim includes returning the Applicator Device and any unused pods in their original packaging with our prepaid label (RMA number required — unauthorized returns cannot be processed). The digital bonus guides are yours to keep either way.
  • One Guarantee per customer and household. The Guarantee applies to your first Glow System order only.
  • Refund. Once the return is received and inspected, the full purchase price is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

"Not liking it" without having used it weekly is what the 14-day unopened-pod window is for; the Guarantee exists for people who genuinely gave the ritual a month.

3. Defective or damaged items

If anything arrives damaged or stops working within 90 days, we replace it free. Photos of the issue speed this up. This never counts as your Guarantee claim.

4. Glow Club orders

Skip, pause, or cancel your Glow Club subscription anytime from your account — no fees, no calls. Unopened Glow Club packs follow the same 14-day return window.

How to start any return

Email support@skinfusion.org with your order number. We respond within one business day and issue an RMA number and prepaid label where applicable. Refunds exclude original shipping upgrades (standard US shipping is free, so most orders refund in full).
