At SkinFusion, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, starting from the date your order is shipped.

Eligibility

  • You must request a return within 7 days of your order being shipped.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@skinfusion.org with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
  • If you received a defective or damaged item, SkinFusion will cover the cost of return shipping. Please include photos of the damage or defect when contacting us.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Treatment pods that have been opened or used.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Items where a return is requested more than 7 days after shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
